As fans know, Kailyn Lowry told her fans that she was ‘going to jail’ not too long ago, without revealing the reason why. According to a brand new report, it’s because she apparently took her son with Jo Rivera, Isaac, on a trip to Hawaii when the father was supposed to spend time with him instead.

‘I’m going to jail,’ the Teen Mom celeb simply said during an episode of her Coffee Convos podcast earlier this month.

Her confession of sorts came only a couple of days after she took her three sons on a joint trip with Leah Messer and her own family.

While Kailyn did not explain why she thinks she may be going to prison, The Ashley claims to know the reason.

Allegedly, Kailyn fears that Jo will ‘file contempt charges against her, due to her taking their son Isaac to Hawaii and having him there on a day that Jo was supposed to get time with him.’

Furthermore, despite the MTV team also being in Hawaii for the trip, they only filmed Leah since they feared being dragged into any future legal battles between the exes.

The source tells the news outlet that ‘Kail took Isaac to Hawaii on June 30, even though Jo was scheduled to have him on the 4th of July from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If Jo chose to file contempt on her, and Kail was found in contempt, she could be fined or even put in jail. MTV could not film because legally, because if they did, it would be like they were encouraging Kail to break her custody agreement. Then they would be part of whatever happened between Jo and Kail in court, had Jo filed’

Kailyn supposedly knew all about the consequences she might face but thought that potentially sitting in jail for 24 hours would be worth it.
