The latest episode of Teen Mom showed Kailyn Lowry and Briana DeJesus feuding like never before, and it looks like their beef continued on social media. Will these two ever manage to make peace?
It says a lot that the August 6 episode of Teen Mom 2 was titled Behind the Screams because the two reality TV stars really had a huge showdown complete with screaming and swearing.
After the episode aired, Kailyn took to Twitter to claim that it was never her idea to have an in-person chat with Briana but the producers’.
Knowing that Briana’s sister, Brittany went for Kailyn’s hair just for trying to talk to her, it is pretty obvious she would’ve preferred not to have a confrontation at all.
‘The producers encouraged me to text Briana to ask to meet up before that scene with Chelsea…Came outta left field with the higher-ups asking if you would be willing to talk to her + added their own suggestions. They make it look like it was my idea to talk…I also texted three producers on set and said do not put them behind me on the couch,’ Lowry explained in a series of tweets.
But did anyone really think the enemies would just have a peaceful chat, and that’s that?
In tweets that have been deleted in the meantime, Briana also explained why she exploded during the reunion episode.
‘This whole situation would of never happened if ppl minded their business on who I was f—king. Also, I wasn’t scared, I popped off in front of cameras cause I was tired of things being done secretly and ppl playing the victim. I saw plenty of msgs in Javi’s phone of a certain someone talking about me and my family. U can’t point fingers if ur hands are just as dirty.’
But Kailyn did not buy that explanation and instead made reference to Briana claiming Lowry’s third baby daddy, Chris Lopez abused her physically in front of her sons.
‘I truthfully can’t remember a time i ever talked about her family…Bi**h stay the f**k away…I wouldn’t talk about her kids. There is a difference between talking about the person that you have a problem with, and extending it to their children and significant others and family…Defending yourself isn’t talking about my kids or my parents.’
‘Anyway, glad that’s over. How’s everyone’s night going?’ Lowry concluded her tweets for the night.
Whose side are you on?
