Justin Bieber addressed the sexual assault accusations against him from 2014 and 2015. That being said, the singer not only denied them but he also provided evidence supposedly proving his innocence in the earlier case (2014.)
The star took to his Twitter account to respond to the claims even though, admittedly, he doesn’t usually address ‘random accusations.’
The 26 year old wrote that: ‘Rumors are rumors but sexual abuse’s something I do not take lightly. I wanted to speak right away but out of respect for so many victims who deal with such issues daily I wanted to make sure that I gathered the facts before I made a statement.’
Sure enough, in a tweet that followed, Justin provided evidence of his whereabouts when the sexual assault allegedly happened.
‘In the past 24 hours, a Twitter account appeared that told a story about myself involved in sexual abuse on March 9, 2014 in Austin Texas at the Four Seasons hotel. I just want to be clear. There’s no truth to this story. In fact as I’ll soon show I was never present at that location.’
He made it clear that he was never a guest either on March 9 or 10.
But that was not all! Justin also stressed that his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez was with him that night so she can always confirm.
The accuser recalled how Justin surprised a crowd in Austin by showing up at a concert of his, at the time, assistant and the singer confirmed that was the case.
But, he was not alone since Selena accompanied him as well so there was no way for him to spend the night in a hotel with anyone else than the fellow singer.
As for evidence, he included a couple of articles from 2014 that mentioned he was at the SXSW music festival that takes place annually in the spring, with Selena.
