After Joss Whedon took over for Zack Snyder while directing Justice League, both fans and stars alike called for Zack's cut to be released. The movie hit HBO Max on Thursday and did not disappoint.

Because Whedon's take flopped so badly, The future of the DCEU was a lot less exciting than it once was. Now, due to the reception of the movie, fans are excited for the DCEU and want the Snyder take on film to be restored.

One person tweeted: ' Finally saw Justice League Snyder Cut , A BILLION TIMES better then other POS one. #SnyderCutJusticeLeague Bringing back bada** Steppenwolf, giving us Cyborg's FULL story and Darkseid Also F**K YOU Josh Wheden, you dumb** Male Feminist, its no wonder Ray Fisher is so pissed.'

'Well...I watched the Zack Snyder Justice League. I went into it with low expectations. I can say I was very pleasantly surprised. The ZSJL offers a far more comprehensive, compelling, and intriguing experience. It still has it's issues, but the movie left me wanting to see more of the DCEU, which is the first time I have felt that way since Man of Steel and the first Wonder Woman. Over-all I give it an 8.5 out of 10, and I would like to see a Justice League 2. I think there is serious potential for further exploration of this storyline,' explained one.

'Great movie, so many plot holes in the theatrical release were answered. I know it’s very doubtful but I’d love to see him finish his story,' said another.

Speaking of finishing stories, #restorethesnyderverse began trending on Twitter due to the fact that there are currently no plans for Zack Snyder to continue his take on the DC team up movies that he had multiple plans for.
