Just days after actor Josh Duhamel and singer Fergie announced that they had split after eight years of marriage, reports are surfacing that Duhamel has already moved on to another woman. According to a source at The Sun, Duhamel has been getting cozy with his co-star Olivia Munn.
Duhamel and Munn are playing husband and wife in the upcoming movie The Buddy Games, which the actor also wrote and directed, and the two have reportedly enjoyed some private dinners together during filming.
“Josh moved out of the family home when he and Fergie separated last spring and headed to Canada to film with Olivia,” says the source.
“Olivia was newly single and playing his wife in the movie, and there was a lot of talk about them on the set. They’d have these cozy dinners – some with the cast, some not – and the rumors started that they rebounded right into each other. The weird thing is, Fergie is friends with her too. So, if Josh and Olivia do get together, it will be awkward.”
Duhamel and Munn started filming the movie not long after Munn broke up with her boyfriend, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The source claims that even though the film has now wrapped, the actor and actress have kept in constant contact with each other.
Olivia Munn and Josh Duhamel have been friends for years, and during their time on the movie set, she posted pictures to her Instagram account that featured them filming together and a few selfies of the two.
Munn says the two originally met just a couple months after she moved to LA when she was working as an extra on his show Las Vegas. Ironically, that is the same place that Duhamel met Fergie 13 years ago.
Duhamel and Fergie later married in 2009, and eventually had a son, Axl, who is now four years old.
Both the actor and the singer have recently been seen without their wedding rings. Duhamel was out hiking in LA just one day after the split was announced sans ring. Fergie is in Brazil promoting her new album Double Dutchess and was grinning and happy while talking to fans outside of the Copacabana Palace Hotel. She has replaced her wedding ring with one that spells out her name.
Radar Online reported that the couple were so secret about their split, which happened back in February, that even Fergie’s mom didn’t know about it. She said they both worked a lot and were rarely together, but she thought the couple seemed happy. When finding out the marriage was over, Fergie’s mom said, “this is crazy.”
Neither Josh Duhamel or Fergie have commented on their current dating situations.
