That was the shortest engagement period ever and unfortunately not because they decided to tie the knot immediately after saying ‘yes!’ Just one day after it was officially confirmed that Bachelor in Paradise stars Jenna Cooper and Jordan Kimball got engaged, the man decided to call it off due to her cheating rumors.
As fans know, the two got engaged this past summer, but now speculations are going around that Jenna has been cheating on her fiance ever since he popped the big question.
Yesterday, the proposal aired on the show’s finale, but shockingly, not even 24 hours after, Jordan announced he had decided to end things with Jenna.
‘I deal with unreasonable circumstances reasonably, and I have come to terms with the decision to remove myself from the relationship. It breaks my heart to feel, think and fall for this. It has dropped me,’ he wrote.
It all started when, just hours before the proposal aired on BIP, some text messages were leaked on Reality Steve.
Allegedly, the said texts were from Jenna to a man that was not Jordan!
The shocking messages featured a person assumed to be Jenna saying that she did not love Jordan and was with him just for the sake of her career.
She even promised the man she’d supposedly seen the whole summer to break up with Jordan when the time was right and also ‘make him look bad.’
While Jenna has denied the accusations against her, Jordan told People he was sure the texts were really written by his fiancée.
Opening up even more about the terrible situation, he said: ‘When you’re in love, even the experiences you’ve had with them is something to respect. Being careless with someone that you give your heart to and reach milestones with isn’t sensible no matter what the terms may be. I’ll be taking time to pursue my inner peace, and she will always have me to talk to.’
