Transitioning from one child to two and then three may seem like an overwhelming concept to some while others figure that with each additional kid you have, the easier it probably becomes, as if you shift into some type of baby pro. When it comes to juggling small children and a newborn, it’s tough either way, even if you have or can afford help. Jessie James Decker recently opened up to her followers and fans on social media about how truly challenging this time in her life has been.
The country singer shared an intimate look into her life by posting a video of herself breastfeeding her 3-month-old son, Forrest, right after trying to fit in a workout.
The beauty admits that this time around has been the most challenging when it comes to her body and all the changes its gone through to house her third child.
I will admit this is been the most challenging to see any progress this time around. Baby Number three is no joke when it comes to your body and all the changes! I’m definitely used to seeing things progress a lot faster but I’m trying to be patient. Trying to stay active and trying to eat healthy as much as I can!! I’m not one of those women that drops weight from breast-feeding I’m one of those women that holds onto every little ounce of weight that I have to continue to make milk for my baby. so in the end all that matters is he’s healthy and eating well but I’m not going to lie obviously I would love to see some changes physically so I can fit back into my old clothes but I have to remind myself I’m only four months post and we have to be patient with ourselves and just do all that you can’t to feel healthy and good in your own skin!! #mommyworkoutdiary #15lbstogo
She captioned the post lamenting that “baby number three is no joke.”
Decker admits that she’s used to seeing much more process and a faster turn around time in terms of her body changing back than she is experiencing this time around.
Despite things not going as quickly as she would like, she’s attempting to have necessary patience.
Even though she has an additional 15 more pounds to lose, she’s trying to stay as focused as possible on the most important things because the baby is healthy and eating well which is ultimately what really matters most.
She revealed that she could barely finish her nap before little Forrest woke up crying, ready to nurse. Balancing the need for a good workout with caring for a baby can be incredibly difficult.
Decker is married to NFL player Eric Decker and the pair already have a daughter, Vivianne Rose, who’s 4, and a son, Eric Jr., who is 2.
