Jessica Simpson is showing off her flawless figure as she shared an important workout tip. The singer and actress posed for a selfie and showed off the rewards of her hard workout. Jessica lost approximately 100 pounds and has been training to be in the best shape of her life. The mother of three looked fabulous in fitness shorts and a crop top set that she designed for her fashion company. Jessica sells her own brand via her official website and she also has an Instagram account called Jessica Simpson Style where she showcases new products. The Jessica Simpson Collection Instagram page has over 300,000 followers and she has more than 5.3 million followers on her official Instagram page.

Jessica's body was toned and sculpted and many remember that she was one of very few celebrities who gained a large amount of weight throughout her pregnancies.

Jessica has also used different methods to lose weight following the births of her three children, but no one was prepared for her amazing transformation following the birth of daughter Birdie Mae on March 19, 2019. Now, Jessica is proving that she can have it all and after giving birth to Birdie who weighed more than 10 pounds, Jessica is stunning the world with her fabulous figure.

Jessica shared some powerful advice and all too often, many women have children then stop taking care of themselves as they spend so much time taking care of others.
