Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's troubled relationship with Jen Harley is off to a poor start in 2019. The Jersey Shore star called the police on Harley after a New Year's Eve fight got out of hand. After the police arrived, Ortiz-Magro filed an official report accusing her of battery.

An inside source told Us Magazine that Harley struck Ortiz-Magro with a glass ashtray at a New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas. The incident happened around two in the morning at a place called the Hustler Club.

The insider claims that Ortiz-Magro may have suffered a broken nose and split lip from the altercation.

Ortiz-Magro and Harley reportedly parted ways after the fight, but it probably won't be long before they are dating again. The couple has a history of splitting up and then getting back together, and this time is probably no different.

"They’re currently broken up. But it’s the same story every time: They are together, they fight, they break up and then get back together," the insider explained.

The source added that the Jersey Shore couple, who share a daughter together, is used to fighting and have become accustomed to the violence — which is definitely a little scary.

This, of course, is not the first time the two have fought. They have both filed complaints of domestic abuse and have accused one another of being unfaithful.

Harley also believes that Ortiz-Magro recently broke into her home and ransacked it. The reality star has footage of Ortiz-Magro destroying a security camera at her residence and has accused him of destruction of property.

Her home was allegedly broken into on the same night as their epic fight in Vegas.

Amid the battery charges, Jen Harley recently shared a photo of her daughter, Ariana, who just turned 9 months old. She has not commented on the New Year's Eve fight and is rumored to have just left town for a ski trip in Nevada.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has not commented on the charges, which could lead to more problems down the road.
