Jennifer Lopez’s Las Vegas Residency came to an epic end last night. After the last performance at Planet Hollywood’s Zappos Theater, the singer talked to ET, opening up about it as well as the fact that her significant other Alex Rodriguez has been a huge supporter of her career.
The star told the outlet: ‘Listen, to have a partner who is that supportive, who comes to that many of your shows – we all know what it is like to be in show business. It is a grind. It is being away a lot and he really makes the effort, and so do I, to be there for each other and it really means a lot to me.’
Sure enough, the great boyfriend was right there by her side during the very emotional show.
Rodriguez looked dapper and stylish in a pink suit.
While on the red carpet, the in love couple not only posed for pictures together but also alongside their blended family, including J.Lo.’s daughter Emme and niece Lucie Wren Lopez-Goldfried, both ten years old, and Alex’s own daughters – Ella, 10 and 13 year old Natasha.
About her Las Vegas residency, Lopez also stated that ‘I thought that it was just like any other gig that I was going to do, and it would be fine. But, it turned out to be something so incredibly special and so different, and it is funny.’
‘It just taught me like when you approach things, you go ‘I am going to make this the best show Las Vegas has ever seen.’ And when you are doing that in rehearsal from the beginning, you can actually make that happen,’ the superstar added.
