Jennifer Lopez has launched her own subscription box that will feature some of her favorite items that fans are going to love.
J Lo is one busy woman. She is on tour, still filming the movie Hustlers, planning a wedding to Alex Rodriguez and is an amazing mom to her two children. Now the 49-year-old beauty is adding another business to her lengthy resume, subscription box owner.
Working out is a big part of the singer’s busy lifestyle. Lopez has got to maintain her killer body for concerts, as well as her upcoming feature film. Plus, she simply loves to workout, especially with her soon to be hubby A-Rod.
Therefore, it makes sense her first forte into subscription boxes is with athleticwear. Niyama Sol is the athleisure brand backed by Lopez that focuses on self-love and acceptance. The icon curated the limited-edition boxes. They are based on the five Niyamas, “which are yogi-friendly habits for living your healthiest, happiest spiritual life,” is how Lopez described them to People magazine.
The first box is called Santosha. It represents the commitment to serenity and satisfaction. Items in the box include Wild Thing leggings, which just so happen to be the ‘Jenny From The Block’ signers favorite workout leggings. They are leopard print and made from fabric that is 84% recycled plastic.
According to the website, other goodies are a butt mask, yes, a mask for your butt by Bawdy Beauty. A rhodonite necklace by SoulKu that is supposed to activate one’s confidence. Incense sticks from House of Intuition, as well as JLo x Quay Aviator Sunglasses and a couple of other surprises valued at $200.
However, fans won’t have to fork over nearly that amount to test out Lopez’s new subscription box. All boxes are filled with items that can’t be purchased anywhere else and only cost $95. Not a bad deal for a slew of goodies all picked by JLo.
