As fans noticed, Jennifer Lopez’s ex, Diddy, showed her some love in the comment section after the triple threat posted a pic of her incredible abs on Instagram. Now, social media is wondering whether or not it’s possible that the man would like to rekindle their relationship no less than 18 years after dating each other.

Despite the fact that J.Lo. is in a loving relationship that is still going strong, with Alex Rodriguez, Diddy did not hesitate to gush over his ex’s stunning looks.

However, one source tells HollywoodLife that he knows all too well she is taken and will not try to break Jen and Alex up.

‘Jennifer will always be one of Diddy’s great loves, and he still cherishes her and their memories to this day. But he is not pursuing her. He was just giving her a well deserved compliment, not trying to swoop her up,’ the insider supposedly told the news outlet.

Lopez and Diddy went out right when her music career was on the rise back in the 1990s, but they broke up in 2001.

Even though they split, however, the two have remained in an amicable relationship and have never had anything bad to say about one another.

‘Diddy has a deep respect for Jennifer and would never try to interfere in her relationship with A-Rod. It was only a case of him wanting to show her his admiration. He's simply all about spreading the love. No one should read anything into his comment.’

A previous report from the same site claims Jennifer was flattered to see Diddy’s heart emoji in the comments and that her boyfriend is well aware there is nothing he should be worried about.

Speaking of Rodriguez, the man also reacted to the hot pic of his girlfriend, acknowledging: ‘LUCKY ME.’
