Jennifer Lawrence Eats Whatever She Wants - Here's How She Stays In Shape Without Dieting!
It turns out that the actress is not too concerned with following a strict diet. Jennifer Lawrence often makes comments about how much she craves food during interviews, so there is no surprise people are curious about what she eats.
Apparently, Lawrence does not deny herself anything delicious but to stay in shape, she works out quite a bit.
While chatting with Vogue, the star shared that: ‘I do not like when people say, ‘I only do this or eat this.' Because I eat. I am not very strict with my diet: If I want a piece of pizza, I eat a piece of pizza.’
Lawrence went on to add that: ‘But I do work out more than normal because I have a certain way I want to look, and a way I want to fit into my clothes. I get photographed when I am not asking for it, so there is added pressure to look and feel your best. For me, it is easier to put that extra effort into the gym instead of putting the extra effort into: ‘Oh no, I can’t eat that.'’
Vogue reports that the actress is currently working out with Kit Rich, her Red Sparrow trainer, doing cardio and Pilates in equal amounts.
This is not the first time J.Law. talks about not being able to diet.
Previously, she told ET that ‘I don’t have any advice [on dieting]. I didn't starve for [Red Sparrow]… I can't live that kind of life. I just would want Jack in the Box and just [would have] to eat chicken breasts, so that to me is like I'm starving!’ If it works, it works!
