Jennifer Garner Reportedly Threatened To Keep Their Kids Away If Ben Affleck Didn’t Go Back To Rehab

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s divorce drama continues, and a new report claims that Garner is making her estranged husband go back to rehab if he wants to see their three children — Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6. Will the former couple be able to work out the details of their split before a judge dismisses their case?
Sources confirm that Affleck and Garner got into a fight last week at his $19 million California mansion in the Palisades, and just three days later the Gone Girl star was back at Refuge Recovery, a Buddhist rehab facility in Los Angeles.
“Apparently she didn’t like what she saw, because she ordered Ben back into rehab if he wants to see the kids,” says an insider.

Garner allegedly confronted Affleck at his home after she and the kids returned from a trip to Sweden. The 46-year-old actress ended up agreeing to let Affleck continue to see the children, as long as it is at her house and in her presence.
Affleck and Garner first split in the summer of 2015 but didn’t file for divorce until 2017. Now, after three years of attempting to figure out the details of their split, they still haven’t worked things out. It is not clear if custody and visitation is a lingering issue or if it’s Affleck’s struggles with addiction, but something is keeping them from finalizing the divorce.
It is taking them so long to produce the proper paperwork that a judge in the Los Angeles Superior Court recently told the couple that he could dismiss the case if they don’t finalize things immediately.
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's divorce is about to be dismissed due to lack of paperwork, but they are not rushing to finalize it…So…we can dream, can't we?! ? https://t.co/YUHav9EKZl

Affleck secretly completed a stint at Refuge Recovery in March, but cameras caught him entering the center once again earlier this week. He looked “chipper” and carried an iced coffee as he walked in. The 45-year-old actor has been in and out of rehab since 2001 for alcoholism, and he says the program has saved his life.
He was apparently at the center for an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, and an inside source says that attending meetings at the facility is how Affleck maintains his personal health, and it is part of his practice. He has been attending classes for months, which include both AA meetings and meditation.
Now, Ben Affleck’s focus is to be there for the people in his life, including Jennifer Garner, girlfriend Lindsay Shookus and his three kids.
