Jennifer Aydin went under the knife to get breast reduction and to also get rid of the excess skin on her back. Now, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star took to social media to show off her 25 pound weight loss.
That’s right! The reality TV celeb has decided to get healthier and it is safe to say the results are showing!
Aydin posted a mirror selfie in which the transformation was very obvious, her own husband Dr. Bill Aydin, being the one to help her achieve the thinner figure.
The whole procedure included breast reduction and lift surgery as well as liposuction.
In the mirror selfie she posted, the woman is wearing a dark grey sleeveless shirt that reads: ‘Tequila may not be the answer, but it’s worth a shot,’ and a pair of black leggings.
In the caption, she wrote: ‘I may not be that great at mirrored selfies, but #ItsWorthAShot #tequila And yes, I’ve started working out- 😊.’
Well, the photo looks great and so does Jennifer!
Not too long ago, she opened up about her transformation to Page Six, telling the news outlet what motivated her to keep going.
‘Obviously seeing yourself on camera always helps motivate you. I was really big on top, meaning my breasts were large, and I hated them. They were like these big melons. They were mushy from breastfeeding five kids and it started off with having the breast reduction. So that’s what I did first.’
She went on: ‘It was just breast reduction and lift with implant. So then I got down a few notches with that and then I had liposuction on my back. My husband contoured my back and gave me shape. I lost about three and a half pounds of fat from my back and it contoured me. Then I was like, ‘Wow! I’m looking smaller and smaller, I got the small boobs, I got this hourglass figure, now I wanna lose some weight.’’
While the procedures helped her lose 15 pounds and shaped her body, the star made sure to mention that her way of reaching results is not a weight-loss solution but that’s not to say it doesn’t ‘help in your problem areas.’
About a month prior, the celeb started to actually work out and watch what she eats in order to both achieve the desired results and also maintain them.
