Jenna Jameson Gets Real About Weight Gain After Ditching Keto Diet

Jenna Jameson is getting real about the weight she has gained after ditched the ketogenic or keto diet.

The model used social media to reveal she has gained back nearly a quarter of the post-baby-weight she lost while on the popular diet.

"Confession. I've gained 20 pounds. Ugh, I decided to take a break from #keto and live my best carby life. The weight came back fast and furious. I know a lot of people are quitting keto because it's hard to maintain, and after a year and a half, I concur. Not sure if I'm going to go back full force or just calorie count," the former adult film star shared in her post.

Jameson concluded her message by letting her followers know she loved them, as well as by asking their thoughts on the keto diet. The comments section quickly populated with users, giving their two cents on the popular weight-loss program.

"It's difficult. Try low carb, and high fat then incorporate OMAD - that's what I do, and it's way easier. More flexibility," wrote @ authortamararoseblodgett

"Maybe try plant-based vegan diet?" shared @ronaldp.mcpike

"I took a week off and gain 7lbs like rapid fireeeee," commented @itsketo_siss

Jameson initially lost over 85 pounds of the weight she gained when pregnant with her daughter Batel. She may have gained some of the weight back, but fans still think she looks fabulous. Users also reminded the blonde beauty, as long as she is happy and healthy, nothing else matters.

Jenna Jameson shared her thoughts on the keto diet with her followers. She also admitted last summer she was doing intermittent fasting, something the 45-year-old still does from time to time. Jameson swears by the fasting now, as opposed to people jumping on the keto bandwagon.

"I've noticed a flatter tummy and together skin, not to mention better concentration," she shared on social media last summer of why she is a fan of intermittent fasting.

There is no question the mother of three looks fabulous. Like anyone, though, she is self-conscious when it comes to gaining weight. Keto is not one fad she is recommending to her followers.
