As Teen Mom fans know, Jenelle Evans decided to stay put at home with her family despite the fact that Hurricane Florence is heading their way! Now, HollywoodLife reports that some of her loved ones believe it’s all her husband David Eason’s fault they did not evacuate.
‘Jenelle is not going against any mandatory evacuation orders. Her county did issue a voluntary evacuation order for the residents, but it was not mandatory, so Jenelle is not going against any of the orders,’ one insider shared with the outlet.
‘She says that she and David have taken the necessary precautions as far as getting food and water ready. And they have secured the house and put plywood over the windows so the glass would not shatter,’ they added.
Meanwhile, Jenelle has been keeping her followers updated on her hurricane preparations.
The reality TV star shared a picture that proved she’s boarded up the windows to their home.

But in another video she posted, the kids were eating snacks in the dark because of it!
Either way, Jenelle prepping for the natural disaster heading for North and South Carolina ‘hasn’t stopped people from worrying about Jenelle. A lot of her pals and family members are blaming David for this decision, but Jenelle’s insisting it was just as much her choice too. She is confident the best choice for her family is to ride out the storm, and she wishes people would stop judging her and worry about their own families.’
The woman insisted in a tweet that she ‘does not live in the evacuation zone or a flood area.’
But in a video she shared, the winds seemed really strong already.
Do you think Jenelle made the right decision? Did David have anything to do with it?
