Jenelle Evans Fires Back During Custody Battle Over Son
Following the shocking papers filed in court by son Kaiser’s grandmother, Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans decided to reveal her side of the story. As fans may remember, Doris Davidson made an emergency request for the custody of the toddler.
Nathan Griffith’s mother accused Jenelle, and her fiancé of being neglectful and even abusive towards the boy and considers Kaiser is better off living with her.
Now, the 25-year-old is firing back and blames her own estranged mother for the legal mess.
On Friday, Evans revealed that she is sure her mom Barbara was the main driving force behind the lawsuit.
‘Our lawyers are talking today. Doris made the accusations, but I can tell that Barbara has a lot to do with them… Doris threw her son under the bus by admitting he has pending felonies and is possibly on drugs. Her emergency filing was against me and Nathan, both,’ Jenelle stated.
Doris accused Jenelle of locking her oldest son Jace and little Kaiser outside the house in the middle of the day during hot weather, did not give Kaiser the medication prescribed by the doctor and even left for the MTV VMAs without having anyone supervise the three-year-old.
Among many other claims, Davidson also stated in the court papers that Jenelle was found positive for marijuana use during her pregnancy with her youngest child, daughter Ensley and as a consequence, after the birth, the baby also had the substance in her system.
Do you think Jenelle will lose the custody of Kaiser? What about Barbara - is she involved in the custody battle, as Evans claims?
