As you may already know, James Corden’s jokes about Harvey Weinstein were not exactly well received at the amfAR gala. The Late Late Show host took to social media today to apologize for making light of the many allegations of sexual harassment against the Hollywood producer.
Soon after the gala, Corden experienced some backlash from some of Weinstein’s accusers such as Asia Argento and Rose McGowan.

Although the comedian received mixed reactions from the audience, McGowen clearly disapproved of his comments as she took to social media to slam him, writing: ‘YOU MOTHERF**KING PIGLET! Hearing the audience’s vile roars and laughs show EXACTLY what kind of HOLLYWOOD you really are.’
Asia Argento was also pretty tough on Corden when she called him a ‘pig’ and shamed him.
Corden now explained that he was only trying to slam Weinstein and not his victims and apologized for offending people even though that was never his intention.
The shocking Harvey Weinstein sexual harassment scandal exploded earlier in the month, following the publication of an article in The New York Times that accused the producer of harassing women in the industry for over three decades.
Ever since then, a huge number of females, some well-established names such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie have come out, claiming they were among Weinstein’s victims.
Every day it looks like the list gets bigger and bigger, revealing a horrifying, unknown face of Hollywood.
