Is Lisa Vanderpump Planning On More Collaborations With ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Stars After The Success Of Tom Tom?

Tom Tom, the West Hollywood bar created by Lisa Vanderpump along with Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, is finally open, and the Queen of Villa Rosa couldn’t be more proud of the place. However, according to a recent interview, it doesn’t look like she will be collaborating with any other VPR stars anytime soon.
Bustle is reporting that Vanderpump does not see herself opening another restaurant with someone from the SUR staff.
“No, you know, it was just a moment where I suddenly thought, these guys, they were part of the show for a few years, so I’d gotten to know them very well,” said Vanderpump.

She added that both Sandoval and Schwartz bring “likable character,” and she thought it would be a great idea to open a bar with a “different, kind of very young energy.” Vanderpump also says that the Toms bring something different to the new restaurant, and they are a little crazy. Sometimes, the two show up for work on a motorcycle and a sidecar.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star says that both Sandoval and Schwartz are junior partners who bought in for ten percent, and she thinks it was a learning experience for them. They watched Vanderpump — along with Ken Todd and Nick Alain — see what it takes to open a restaurant. As for what else the experienced entrepreneurs taught the young Toms, viewers will just have to wait and find out.

Between Vanderpump Rules and RHOBH, the 57-year-old has made the most out of her reality TV platform. Over the years she has officiated a gay wedding, opened a dog rescue center, and protested the Yulin dog meat festival.
And, Vanderpump says that being on reality TV has not been a fickle experience for her. Instead, she said she has used it to promote her businesses and the social causes that are important to her.
Tom Tom will definitely get some camera time during the next season of Vanderpump Rules. They are currently filming at the bar, and Vanderpump says that it is wonderful that Bravo has given her such a platform, and during season seven fans will get to see the development of a restaurant while watching the progression and the struggles.
The Tom Tom saga started two years ago when Vanderpump pulled the Toms aside at Schwartz’s wedding to Katie Maloney and made them the offer to open the bar. Now, the dream has finally become a reality, and they have put a lot of work into the drink and food menu.

A fast food restaurant actually inspired one of Sandoval and Schwartz’s favorite dishes — a gourmet crunch wrap supreme based on the popular Taco Bell menu item. This should come as no surprise to VPR fans, who have noticed the cast’s love of all things Taco Bell during previous seasons.
Their gourmet crunch wrap features a spinach tortilla, pico de gallo, sour cream, fried jalapenos, scallions, cotija, and refried beans. Apparently, it is a mouthful of joy.
Lisa Vanderpump and the rest of her crew return for new episodes of Vanderpump Rules later this year on Bravo.
