Is Janet Jackson Performing With Justin Timberlake At The Superbowl This Year?

Janet Jackson will not be going to the Super Bowl this year along with Justin Timberlake according to sources who spoke with Us Weekly. The insider said, “Janet will not be performing at the Super Bowl,” but things could change in the next week, but right now she has no plans of performing at the event.
Another insider said the 51-year-old singer would not be playing along with Timberlake. Reportedly, Justin will make his comeback to the Super Bowl next month for the third time.
He performed with ‘NSync in 2001 and with Janet in 2004. Justin famously ripped off a piece of Janet’s clothing exposing her bare breast during their performance leading to the FCC to implement a five-second delay during live performances from now on.
During an interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music’s Beats 1, Justin said it was “something we talked about.” Timberlake said there wasn’t much to be said, he said the situation was cut and dry, as in there wasn’t much else to say.
The former ‘NSyncer explained rhetorically asked, “Yeah, what do you want me to say? We’re not going to do that again!”
The 10-time Grammy winner said he had his “wires crossed,” and it’s something they learned from. There’s no point in dwelling on the past. What happened, happened.
Additionally, Timberlake revealed he and Janet had made peace since then. The husband of Jessica Biel said he doesn’t know if people acknowledge that he and Janet have long gotten over the issue.
It was revealed back in September that the crooner began talking with the Super Bowl committee about headlining the show. The Super Bowl is currently the most watched event on American television, with over a third of the country watching at once.
