Adele has stunned the world with her amazing weight loss transformation. Some are shocked by the difference in her appearance. In fact, Adele impersonators are freaking out and don't know what to do. Some are suggesting they lose weight as well while others say they can still play Adele as long as they make it clear they are pre-weight loss, Adele. It is believed the award-winning singer has lost approximately 110 pounds. At 32-years-old, Adele has been through a lot of changes. She divorced her ex Simon Konecki and is son to seven-year-old son Angelo. Adele has been quoted as saying the motivation for her dramatic slim down was her son. She said she wanted to be the best example to him as well as be the healthiest version of herself possible. Adele has achieved her goals but now, the upcoming May 25, 2020, issue of Life & Style says Adele wants to do more. According to the publication, Adele wants to run and complete a marathon!
Adele has proved there is nothing she can't achieve once she sets her mind to it. She is said to be on the Sirtfood Diet which is plant-based and has hired a personal trainer to help her tone her trimmed down physique.
A source spoke to the publication and stated the following.
"Adele's all about drinking green juices, eating salads, and making sure that her fridge is stocked with fresh fruit and veggies. It hasn't been easy, but seeing the results of all her hard work is a reward in and of itself."
Many people are saying that Adele seems to have more confidence and even a bit of a sassy attitude since losing weight.
The source continued to dish on the subject and said that Adele is committed to keeping the weight off.
