Ivanka Trump doesn’t feel like she is to blame for what happened with the missing kids crisis. As you may already know, the first daughter has been getting a lot of backlash for she is not too bothered by it since she believes it’s not her fault.
The U.S. Government has lost track of no less than 1, 475 undocumented immigrant children and the citizens are outraged.
But we have learned that Ivanka believes the unfortunate situation is definitely not in her control.
One insider has told HollywoodLife that the woman is so used to people criticizing her every move that this is nothing too bothersome for her.
‘Ivanka has thick skin, she has to, otherwise, she would not be able to function. She can understand why people are passionate about the missing children because it is something that horrifies her too, but it is not her fault they’ve gone missing, so she cannot be expected to cease living her life because of it,’ the source exclusively told HollywoodLife.
And it totally makes sense considering she is slammed quite often just for being part of her dad’s administration.
‘Ivanka thinks people are quick to jump on any excuse to bash her, and her father, and it is usually because of some form of misplaced anger. As annoying as this is, it is part of being who she is, and Ivanka just tries to tune out the negative chatter and live her life the best she can,’ the same source went on.
Not too long ago, the outspoken singer Halsey also criticized Ivanka on social media.
It all started when Ivanka took to Instagram to share a pic of her with her 2 year old son Theodore just a few days after the immigrant kids were reported missing.
‘My ♥️! #SundayMorning,’ she wrote in the caption.
Halsey was quick to react, saying: ‘I wonder what #SundayMorning is like for the parents of 1500 lost children your father is responsible for. F*** your #SundayMorning.’
