Harvey Weinstein And Georgina Chapman Settle Their Divorce

According to a report from TMZ, Georgina Chapman and Harvey Weinstein have reached a divorce settlement. The 65-year-old producer and the 41-year-old designer finished their deal at the end of 2017 according to court documents obtained by the publication.
Reportedly, the agreement involves custody of their children, India and Dashiell, as well as property stipulations. Due to a prenuptial agreement, the settlement also entails that Harvey will pay Georgina more money because they have been married longer than ten years.
Celebrity Insider learned last year that the fashion designer intended to leave Harvey. The news of their separation came shortly after the New York Times’ exposé detailing his egregious misconduct.
Since the initial claims, more than 60 women have accused Harvey of sexual transgressions. In a statement to Us Weekly, Harvey admitted he and his wife sat down and decided they must part ways.
Weinstein encouraged her to do what she felt she needed to do and the “decision was made.” Ever since the accusations came to light, Georgina has kept her head hidden, except for a few public appearances.
Alyssa Milano – her close friend and co-star – said Georgina was going through a tough time when she spoke with Megyn Kelly on Megyn Kelly Today last month.
The 45-year-old said, “she’s going through very dark times.” According to reports, Georgina spent time with her children in the United Kingdom over the holidays, but Harvey was not invited.
Celebrity Insider reported earlier that Weinstein got into a confrontation yesterday with a drunk fan who attempted to hit him. The friend of the man who tried to assault him allegedly asked Harvey if he wanted to call the police and he said “no” and left.
