Gwyneth Paltrow References Her Movie Contagion And Coronavirus As She Jets Off To Europe
Gwyneth Paltrow is jetting off to Europe, but she's not taking any chances due to the corona outbreak. The 47-year-old took to her Instagram account to show off her Airinum mask and admitted she was on her way to Paris, France. It's likely she's headed there for Paris Fashion Week.
Paltrow captioned her picture with a series of P-words, including pandemic, placid, panicked, and so on, before going on to say that she had already "seen this movie before," in reference to her film with Matt Damon, Contagion.
Gwyneth Paltrow had a co-starring role in the 2011 film, Contagion , about a worldwide influenza outbreak that nearly brings the earth's population to its knees. Paltrow urged her fans and followers, "Stay safe. Don't shake hands. Wash hands frequently."
Many of Paltrow's friends, fans, and followers, commented on her post, including fellow actress, Michelle Pfeiffer, who told her to watch herself over there, as well as Kate Hudson who hailed her for at least having the "right mask."
Gwyneth Paltrow has been in the media a lot over the last few months, but usually for reasons other than her movie career. Charisse Van Horn reported earlier this month that some people believe the 47-year-old actress got breast implants.
According to Van Horn, social media users have been asking publicly whether the Contagion alum had gone under the knife for cosmetic surgery , specifically, breast augmentation. Social media users have suggested that there was no way she didn't because they thought she looked as if she had gone up at least one cup size.
Reportedly, Dr. Yoel Shahar, a plastic surgeon from New York City, spoke with reporters from the National Inquirer about what surgeries he thought she had gotten. He said to her that there was simply "no question" that she had gone up at least a cup-size.
If she has gone under the knife before, it may her hurt her brand, considering Paltrow has, for years, marketed wellness products with her company, Goop. With that said, Mr. Shahar isn't her doctor, and no one can prove whether she has received plastic surgery.
