According to new reports, a man from Utah has filed a suit against Gwyneth Paltrow, accusing the actress of injuring him during a ‘hit and run ski crash’ while at a ski resort in Park City back in 2016. Terry Sanderson’s lawsuit, that was apparently filed earlier today, states that the star caused him a permanent and very serious injury.
Apparently, Paltrow was skiing out of control when she bumped into him, leaving the man with four broken ribs as well as a brain injury!

The accident supposedly took place on a beginner run at Deer Valley Resort back on February 26, 2016.
The victim went on to claim in his lawsuit that after knocking him out, Paltrow did not bring any help and instead, she left him there on the mountain, while seriously injured.
‘Paltrow got up, turned and skiied away, leaving Sanderson stunned, lying the snow, seriously injured,’ the suit states.
Furthermore, the lawsuit also claims that the ski instructor there filed a false report to try and protect the actress.
That being said, he allegedly stated that it was not Paltrow who caused the accident even though he did not see what happened.
And that’s not all! According to Sanderson, the instructor even shouted at him and accused him of being the one to have caused the crash.
Paltrow has already released an official statement via her company, Goop, saying that ‘This lawsuit is completely without merit. Anyone who reads the facts will realize that.’
Despite her denying the incident, while at a press conference today, the man’s attorney played a video that showed an eyewitness claiming he ‘saw Gwyneth Paltrow hit him in the back,’ CBS affiliate KUTV reports.
