Gwen Stefani is gearing up for another Christmas with her boys. The pop star recently opened up about all of the Christmas traditions she and boyfriend Blake Shelton look forward to every year. At the top of her list is the wrapping paper banner her three boys run through every Christmas morning.
Last Christmas, Stefani shared a video of her three boys — Kingston, Apollo, and Zuma —running through some wrapping paper on their way to open presents. In an interview with Access, Stefani revealed that the wrapping paper banner has been a time-honored tradition in her family. And based on how much her boys love it, that probably will not change anytime soon.
Stefani also revealed that she starts planning for Christmas months in advance. But given how much the No Doubt singer loves Christmas, we are betting that she probably does not mind the extra work.
“I love Christmas, I love holidays,” Stefani shared. “I think that just comes from having these incredible parents.”
Stefani just re-released her holiday album, You Make It Feel Like Christmas. The new release features a few new songs, plus all of the tracks in the original album. In the interview, Stefani revealed that her Christmas album is her all-time favorite, which is saying a lot considering her body of work.
Speaking of music, Shelton recently dished on what song always reminds him of Stefani — and no, it is not a Christmas tune. The country crooner revealed that Bob Marley’s song, “I Shot the Sheriff,” reminds him of Stefani because that is the track he always plays when he is on the lake with his girlfriend.
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani will be enjoying their third Christmas together this December. They have not revealed where they are planning on spending the holidays, but we’re sure it will be amazing as ever.
