The talented actress recently took to social media, and she posted a few adorable pictures where she is rocking a new hairstyle.

This time around, Gabrielle has decided to flaunt her natural hair while posing with her 17-month-old daughter, Kaavia. It was obvious that the mother-daughter duo has the same pretty curls.

Gabrielle captioned the photos: "See @kaaviajames mama's got hair like yours!! When I took my braids out, she was like 👀🤔 now mom & baby, both rocking their natural curls ❤💜🖤 #QuarantineNaturalHairChronicles."

The fans rushed in the comment section to compliment the pair.

One told the gorgeous mama: "Love it. That’s your hair for sure. She does not take after her dad on that. I see the whole family like to wear uggs around the house. 😂😂"

Another supporter revealed: "You are literally mom goals. Whenever I feel like I don't know if I can do this, I draw strength and patience from you. You are such a role model. You’re making me feel way better about taking my braids out in a few weeks.😍🙌🏾"

This follower claimed: "Kaavia not even two, and she’s already stunting on the girl. So adorable 😍who else has quarantine baby fever?❤️ Christmas in April! Two beauties! I love it!!!"

One backer shared: "Your natural beauty is EVERYTHING !!! If DEFINITELY encourages me to keep rocking my natural beauty 🙌💯😍🔥❤️, She is looking like "Ooo yesssss! Let me run my fingers through it, Chile!" 💗"

In a recent interview, an unapologetic Gabrielle spoke about the importance of black hair being represented in the entertainment industry: "I was doing a project, and with the character, the producers were coming up with what they wanted to do for her hair. And they were like, She’s beautiful, sophisticated, and professional. I was like, Well, I want to wear braids. And and they were like, Well, I mean, she’s beautiful, sophisticated, and corporate America. I responded, Yes, and specifically, I want twists. And they went on to say, We just really want her to look more polished. I said, You all really don't understand what are we talking about here?"

Gabrielle is letting her voice be heard.
