Former RHOA Kenya Moore Reveals The Secret To Her Snap Back After Baby
Kenya Moore knows how to snap back. It has only been three months since the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star welcomed her adorable baby daughter, Brooklyn Doris Daly, into the world and she’s already back to incredible shape.
Taking to Instagram , Moore showed off her trim body by sharing a bikini photo of herself beside a throwback pic of when she was pregnant. It is amazing how much weight Moore has lost in the past three months, and it’s all due to a new diet called Body Complete RX.
“I saw a friend using [Body Complete RX] and decided to give their program a try which seemed sensible enough for me to follow! Godsend!” Moore shared. “Three months postpartum I’m starting to feel like me again!”
Moore added that she is particularly fond of the company’s vegan protein shake, which is used as a meal replacement. The kit features a healthy 20 grams of protein and can be drunk as a shake or used as an additive to another smoothie.
Fans were quick to notice Moore’s quick body transformation. In fact, her Instagram was flooded with people wanting to know how she lost so much weight so soon after having a baby. Moore thanked all of her fans for their kind comments about her “snap back,” adding that her baby girl was worth all the trouble.
While the new program certainly helped Moore shed her baby weight, that is not all she did to get back in shape. According to Bravo TV , the RHOA alum eats a bowl of fruit for breakfast every morning and is a regular yoga practitioner. Based on how she already looks in a bikini, Moore’s routine is definitely paying off.
Moore welcomed her baby back in October following a challenging delivery. The reality star opened up about undergoing a C-section after she returned home and revealed that it took weeks for her to start walking again. She has not revealed any plans for future children, but she clearly knows how to whip her body back in shape in record time.
NeNe Leakes also recently revealed that she would be open to Kenya Moore returning the Real Housewives of Atlanta in the future.
