Ever since the legend George Michael passed away on Christmas in 2016, his boyfriend Fadi Fawaz has been living at his London flat. However, it looks like his ‘squatting’ days there are numbered because Michael’s family is fighting to gain control over the late singer’s properties as well as his $150 million fortune.

As you may remember, Fawaz got investigated by the police in 2016 as he was the one to discover the star dead in his own home.

Not too long ago, Fadi took to social media to post an odd letter addressed to his late boyfriend and he sounded distressed as Michael’s family is trying to distance themselves from him.

‘Since I saw you last time a lot has happened. Xmas Day I went to wake you up to take you to lunch in Highgate, but you were dead (Can you flicking believe that?) From that first moment the world rose from death and pointed fingers at me … I was all alone … they accused me that I had something to do with your death. They stopped all the support I got from your team. I even got denied access to our home in Goring where they packed my clothes and sent them in bin bags. The person you made your number one is now the worst person in the world,’ he wrote.

For the time being, he is still living at Michael’s flat in Regent’s Park, London, even though the star has actually left all of his homes to his sisters, Yloda and Melanie.

Legal firm, Russells is currently administering Michael’s estate, and they’ve already stopped the photographer from releasing a new recording by the late singer on social media.

Fadi Fawaz is claiming that he and Michael were still in a relationship when he died and that losing him has ruined his life.
