Earlier this year, when Real Housewives of Atlanta producers fired Kenya Moore, they left a hole that someone needed to fill with some drama. And a new report claims that Eva Marcille has stepped in to do just that.
Marcille — who is back for her second season — has easily replaced Moore, and she is delivering as promised. An insider says that Moore wanted RHOA to be “the Kenya Moore Show,” and she wasn’t a team player. And, that was one of the reasons Bravo fired her. Now, they don’t even miss the former beauty queen.

“Eva is bringing the drama this season. She is a team player. Compared to Kenya she is really delivering for Bravo. Eva knows the show is for fun and she delivers the goods, unfiltered,” says the source.
Marcille is already cashing in on her new role, and this season she is earning a salary of $250,000. The insider says that Marcille is going over the top for her upcoming wedding, and it will be so full of drama because she will let anything happen.
The source adds that Marcille makes it fun because she isn’t afraid of NeNe Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, or Marlo Hampton.
According to Bravo’s Daily Dish, Marcille has a lot on her plate these days. Not only is Season 11 of Real Housewives of Atlanta set to premiere in a few short weeks, but she also has a wedding to plan, a newborn baby at home, and a new house in the works.
Marcille also revealed that her mom is playing a big role in her wedding planning because she didn’t get to have a big wedding of her own. So, basically, she is getting married for her mom. She added that, at the end of the day, they are living it up in Atlanta and living their best lives fabulously.
Last December — not long after announcing her pregnancy — Marcille got engaged to attorney and former Atlanta mayoral candidate Mike Sterling. In April, she gave birth to their first child, a son named Michael Todd Sterling, Jr. Marcille is also the mom of Marley Rae, a daughter from her previous relationship with musician Kevin McCall.
After giving birth, Eva Marcille said that she and Sterling want to have more children, and Marley is a great big sister.
Season 11 of Real Housewives of Atlanta premieres Sunday, November 4th on Bravo.
