Eva Marcille is in a court battle with her ex, Kevin McCall. However, judging by his recent behavior — she will retain full custody by a longshot.
While on his way to the courtroom for his date concerning the daughter he and Eva share, the singer was live streaming via Instagram. When confronted by security he made disrespectful comments toward the officer.
It turns out that after the Live session, he got into a physical altercation with court staff and was promptly arrested where he spent Tuesday night in jail. It turns out that he couldn’t afford bond yesterday and the judge responded by increasing the bond amount!
Marcille was a guest host on The Real today and she commented on the ongoing situation.
‘So, this is what’s so crazy about it, because he was arrested going into court for a case he filed against me. So, more recently, he drew a suit against me for child support, which is amazing ’cause he’s never given a cent and I’ve raised our child. I recently changed my daughter’s name from his last name to our family name, which is Sterling, and he now wants to reverse that change. So, we were actually going to court.’
She went on to reveal: ‘My husband is an attorney — Michael Sterling — and he was going to court on my behalf, and I guess while [McCall] was going into court, he got into a fight with security because he’s crazy, like I’ve told the world a million times, and got arrested, and apparently has some cases that were pending already. He’s on probation for domestic violence against someone else, and so that case is in a few months, and now he’s being detained for something else.’
This isn’t the first or second time that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star has spoken about her ex’s shocking ways. While visiting the Wendy Williams Show last year, Eva said that she would be open to having Kevin be a part of Marley’s life if he got the appropriate mental help and court-ordered counseling.
