Eva Longoria Reveals Her Secrets To Getting In Shape So Fast After Giving Birth!
Eva Longoria is a very busy person, taking care of a baby and balancing her career at the same time. Despite that, she still somehow finds time to focus on her health.
The actress has transformed since giving birth to her first child and now, in a new interview, she revealed how she managed to lose the pregnancy pounds so fast!
Santiago Bastón was born less than a year ago but his mom is already in the best shape of her life!
So what’s her secret? Longoria says it’s just really hard work and dedication to that final result!
While in attendance at The Global Gift Foundation USA’s Empowerment Luncheon, she chatted with HollywoodLife and admitted that ‘I’m eating air and working my a** off! I want to be healthy for my son. But now my clothes fit again.’
Of course, the star was just joking around about not eating – she definitely does that!
Another of her secrets was to give up alcohol altogether!
She dished that because of that decision, ‘I have way more energy and I feel like not drinking clears my skin. It makes you not have a headache. I think it is all about the wine! It’s all about the wine, or lack thereof.’
Eva has also been spending half an hour in the gym every single day!
In a video she shared back in January, she could be seen lifting weights, impressing other mothers such as America Ferrera and Gabrielle Union with her workout.
But back in December, she also revealed that, after giving birth, she gave her body some time to recover before starting her workouts.
‘I really gave my body time to adjust to postpartum and post-pregnancy. You know, it had a baby! It created human life, so I really was not too hard about getting back into shape,’ she said at the time.
