Erika Girardi exploded on Teddi Jo Mellencamp on a recent episode of the RHOBH, then the ladies took their beef to social media, will they be able to put their differences aside to film the reunion?
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are filming their cast reunion this week in a private studio in Los Angeles, and the drama is explosive both in front and behind the camera. With the tension running high, can fans expect some nasty catfights?
The first half of the season may have been dull, but things did pick up in the second half, and the women quickly chose sides. With reunion filming lasting all day and into the night, and some of the cast members already duking it out online, chances are things could get nasty – especially between Erika and Teddi Jo.
Mellencamp and Girardi “have been exchanging verbal barbs on social media after their blowout episode just aired,” and a Radar insider says that once cameras start rolling the animosity is only going to get worse.
In that recent blowout episode, tensions flared between the two after Mellencamp accused Girardi of “pretending” to have “amnesia” when it came to something she said about Dorit Kemsley’s comments about Lisa Vanderpump during their recent trip to New York.
Girardi got angry because she thought Mellencamp was accusing her of lying, and then Girardi said things that caused Mellencamp to burst into tears. While this was all going down, producers cut to the comments in question, and it turns out Mellencamp was right all along.
But Girardi still has refused to back down, and after the episode aired she read Mellencamp’s blog – which explained why she cried and how she felt about being ganged up on – and then threw shade by tweeting “pure comedy” in response to Mellencamp’s post.
“Erika thinks this is a perfect time to ask me how I am feeling in this friend group — it’s like a cat pouncing on a fly after it’s been smacked around and can’t get off the ground anymore,” wrote Mellencamp.
She then went on to reference the movie Mean Girls and Rachel McAdams’ character Regina George, writing “all bow to Regina Jayne,” and ended by saying she prefers genuine people and feelings over ice and diamonds.
So, it looks like the RHOBH reunion is set to explode, but Vanderpump, who is usually the center of the show, is taking a backseat and letting the other women fight it out.
Since Vanderpump has been so busy with her restaurants, she reportedly doesn’t have the energy or desire to get involved with the ladies’ petty antics.
See if Erika Girardi and Teddy Jo Mellencamp can put their differences aside on new episodes of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Tuesday nights on Bravo.
