The latest season of “Jersey Shore” wrapped less than a month ago. Throughout the new installment, viewers were able to go through multiple ups and downs with the cast and see how much they’ve changed (with some staying the same.) The “most improved” award definitely belongs to Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino who seemingly shared some exciting news yesterday.
Mike ‘The Situation’ is now a sober man. He doesn’t do drugs or drink alcohol and his idea of ‘living his best life’ is indulging in delicious food.
Later on in the season, Mike had help from his co-stars to propose to his longtime girlfriend, Lauren Pesce.
On July 20, Mike and Lauren uploaded a photo alongside a caption that read: “Blessed be the fruit.”
The “Handmaid’s Tale” reference suggests that Lauren is carrying a ‘fruit of the womb.’ Followers responded with another show reference, ‘praise be,’ and congratulated the couple on the news.
Seemingly confirming the pregnancy was Mike’s brother, Marc Sorrentino.
The second season of “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” is currently being filmed in multiple locations.
The lovers revealed that the wedding will be filmed and by the looks of it — viewers will get to see the rumored baby news.
Mike and Lauren only have one other thing to worry about: his tax evasion case.
The legal matter has been going on for years now and has been put off so Mike could work.
Sorrentino and his brother found themselves in the middle of a federal tax evasion case that could lock them away for multiple years.
The Situation will be sentenced this fall and could face up to five years in jail while Marc could face up to three years. Additionally, both men can be fined $250,000.
For Mike, the money is no problem considering that the new “Jersey Shore” spin-off is a huge success.
Congratulations to the happy couple if they are really expecting!
