On this week’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, an intense fight erupted between Lala Kent and James Kennedy over…pasta. The heated exchange about Kent eating Kennedy’s girlfriend’s food escalated quickly into a shouting match, but rumors are flying that the bizarre fight was about something much more serious. Could the best friends be using pasta as a code word for cocaine?
“It’s not about the damn pasta! Get over the damn pasta! Read between the f***ing lines! It ain’t about the pasta!” yelled Kennedy during the argument.
Everything Iconic podcast host Danny Pellegrino has a theory that pasta equals cocaine, and he started the rumor on Twitter after the most recent episode aired.
He said he got the idea from multiple people messaging him on Instagram to tell him about the cast’s code word.

Pellegrino ended his post by saying it could be lies, but if you know something you have to say something.
Vanderpump Rules expert Lea Palmieri thinks that there could be something to Pellegrino’s theory, saying it’s easier to believe the fight was about cocaine and not carbs since they are like “4 pounds each.”
But, Kennedy quickly put his two cents in on Twitter, saying that the fight was actually about pasta, and he got mad because Kent stuffed her face with his girlfriend’s food without remorse.
Meanwhile, Ariana Madix wrote that nobody does blow at dinner, but added that the cast does have a code word for cocaine, but pasta isn’t it.
No matter what the fight was about, it did end up having some serious consequences. Kennedy and Kent did makeup after the argument, but after watching the episode air this week and having to relive the exchange, Kent decided she didn’t want to be friends with Kennedy anymore, and she broke the news to him via social media.
Kent tweeted that the episode was cringeworthy, and even though the two have been close friends, after watching Kennedy attack the man she loves, she is mourning the loss of their friendship.
During the argument, Kennedy said to Kent, “Honey, honey, you f**k a fat man because he pays for your rent.”
That, apparently, was the comment that brought the friendship to an end, and it was a complete surprise to Kennedy. He tweeted that he was blindsided by Kent saying she was distancing herself from him and wasn’t going to celebrate his birthday with him.
He then went on to call Kent a hypocrite because she pretends to be friends with Kristen Doute and Katie Maloney, even though they have said horrible things about Kent’s boyfriend for two years. But, he says one thing – and quickly apologizes for it – but now their friendship is over.
