Part two of the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion featured an unexpected twist that neither fans nor cast members saw coming. Vicki Gunvalson actually apologized to Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador for spreading rumors about their families. After both seemed receptive to Gunvalson’s apology, is it possible they all truly reconciled?
According to an insider at All Things Real Housewives, the reconciliation is absolutely real, and Gunvalson has mended her friendships with Judge and Beador. Everyone is now apparently on good terms.
“Both Tamra and Shannon really want to believe that Vicki is being genuine,” said the source. ”They all have a fun time filming together and just want to move forward.”
So, how did it all go down?
It started with two simple words from Gunvalson to Beador and Judge, “I’m sorry.” She went on to say that she never meant to hurt anyone, and she won’t talk about it again.
The feud between Gunvalson and Judge escalated in the past year because the OG of the OC wouldn’t stop spreading rumors that Judge’s husband, Eddie, was gay. She gave her a hug and said she loved her and didn’t want to hurt her anymore.
Gunvalson then told Beador that she was sorry and asked for her forgiveness after spreading rumors about abuse in her family. She told her friend that they need to build each other up instead of tearing each other down.
Judge responded that she and Gunvalson are good together, like Lucy and Ethel. But, she went on to say that she has a hard time with the rumors about her husband and her broken relationship with her daughter, Sidney; and, she just doesn’t want anyone to hurt her family.
Gunvalson vowed to never speak of Eddie’s sexuality again and then told Beador that she is there for her and admires her for her strength.
The segment ended with the three women walking off the set, while Gunvalson hugs Judge and asks her, “Are we back?”
She replied, “We’re back.”
As E! News reports, part one of the reunion saw the ladies arguing about everything from the cancer scam to Eddie Judge’s sexuality, so it was quite the shock when part two ended the way it did.
But the feud is now over, and per People Magazine, Gunvalson sat between Judge and Beador, while holding their hands, as the reunion came to a close.
