Denise Richards joined the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during one of the most drama-filled seasons ever! As fans know, the co-stars were completely divided by the so-called ‘Puppygate’ scandal. So, does Richards have any regrets over becoming part of the show or not?
During a new interview with HollywoodLife, the reality TV star answered that question, saying that ‘I don’t have any regrets doing the show. I had a really great time with all the women and had a good experience. There are some things perhaps I wish I didn’t say, but it’s all part of doing a reality show I suppose. I love all these women. They’re strong, opinionated, amazing moms and wives and juggle their careers.’
She went on to praise her fellow Housewives some more by saying that ‘They all support each other and I get along with all of them. I am not a confrontational person, but if someone comes at me or someone I care about I definitely have their back and defend myself. I’m also the type that likes to resolve any conflict and move on from it and have a good time!’
Furthermore, when it comes to Lisa Vanderpump refusing to shoot scenes with the other ladies, it looks like Richards was in fact, the only exception!
As seen in the midseason trailer released yesterday, Lisa continued to tape with Denise.
Denise revealed that she is closest to Lisa Rinna however, and she was the one who convinced her to join the show and gave her a lot of private advice.
The two have known each other for a long time, but Denise says she is close with all of the other ladies.
All in all, despite the Puppygate situation, Richards had a lot of fun on the show!
She once again stressed that she respects and admires the other women and hopes to be back.
