With every spotlighted divorce there is the unfortunate release of information that is supposed to be confidential. In addition to buried secrets, celebrities are often accused of being addicted to substances that they think will help them deal with their problems and apparently, the situation is no different between Spice Girl's alum Mel B and her ex Stephen Belafonte.

In new court documents, Mel B allegedly agreed to weekly drug tests after being accused of addiction to cocaine and alcohol by Belafonte.

The leak that has been obtained by Radar Online state that the singer, who is currently in the middle of a hosting gig at "America's Got Talent," is being treated for by a therapist who communicates for both of the exes.

In the text messages submitted by Belafonte, the medical associate seeing Mel B tells him that she is currently taking Vivitrol and Anabuse, medicines used to treat drug and alcohol addiction.

The messages go on to say that the hostess will take a hair test that traces drug use.

The papers discussed also give the reason that Stephen is enforcing what's being done. He states: "To make matters worse, my fear for the children’s safety was amplified due to the fact that petitioner had fired the children’s nanny, who had been in the children’s lives since 2010 and I do not want petitioner using drugs and drinking around the children, especially without anyone else present to care for the children."

This comes after the Spice Girl filed for divorce from Belafonte for numerous reasons.

In addition to physically and verbally abusive behaviors, Belafonte was accused of sleeping with the nanny mentioned above. Since then, the nanny has written a massive expose on everything that went down between her and her former employers (including the shocking reveal that Mel B agreed to it all).
