Believe it or not, it has already been two years since Christina and Tarek El Moussa put an end to their marriage. Now, it looks like they are in a much better place.
The two have continued to successfully co-host their HGTV show, Flip or Flop in addition to co-parenting their two children.
As for their love lives, it turns out that they are all for the other moving on.
During a brand new interview, Christina told ET that ‘To watch Tarek move on and be in the dating scene, I think is great. We have both moved on. We’ve been separated for two years, and I am happy that he’s out there dating, and I hope he finds someone nice and that’s great with my kids too. Definitely a relief for me that he’s dating as well.’
As you may be aware, the woman has been dating British TV host Ant Anstead for about seven months, and during a previous chat with the outlet, she gushed about him.
‘I don’t feel like I need Tarek’s approval on my boyfriend, but that is wonderful that he likes him. Everybody likes Ant, Ant is amazing. He is such a great guy. He’s so grounded and so sweet, he is humble. He’s just amazing,’ she said.
But would she be willing to double date with Tarek and his lover sometime?
‘Never say never,’ she joked before adding: ‘I don’t see double dating in our immediate future.’
As for getting her own show, set to air next year, she dished: ‘I am really excited, because on Flip or Flop, I was remodeling houses for the masses. I wanted to appeal to all buyers, so in this show, I get to help specific [clients] and really get into their style and make showpiece houses that are really unique.’
‘Tarek is aware that I got picked up for Christina on the Coast, and he is very happy for me. We are both really supportive of each other and each other’s success.’
