Chrissy Teigen, is once again, stirring up a storm on social media, but it’s not entirely her fault. Or rather, it’s unintentional, at least.
The Sports Illustrated model shared a photo of herself posing on the boardwalk with her daughter, Luna Stephens, 2, and her newborn Miles Stephens.
Teigen joked or insinuated that her followers were impossible to please. She asked if there was any way she could post a photo without being chastised for it on Instagram.
People on Instagram shamed the model, with one stating that her husband, John, didn’t like the sun in his eyes. She added, “he told me he loves it.” Later on, Chrissy got in trouble yet again with the social media mob when she jokingly put a beauty product in her cleavage.
However, the company took the joke at face value and said, “D*mn, next time you need a product just hit us up.” Chrissy told her followers on the ‘Gram in all-caps that they shouldn’t do what she did because it was wrong and would inspire a mob online.
John Legend didn’t respond to any of the vitriol, and probably won’t either, because there is only so much time in the day to address petty social media-nothings.
However, in the past, John said he loved his wife’s tweeting. The singer explained that it was very entertaining to him, and was her “biggest fan.”
As fans of the power-couple know, Chrissy is a trickster online, continually joking around, and she especially loves mocking the president, Donald Trump.
The last time she lambasted the American politician was when she laughed at the court ruling that barred him from being able to block people on Twitter, as Twitter is now a platform and a form of communication used by political figures and for political purposes. However, if he was using a private account, one not associated with the presidency, he would be able to block anyone he chose.
