Chrissy Teigen isn’t alone when it comes to cooking in her household. Even though she has penned two cookbooks, including Cravings and Cravings: Hungry For More, Chrissy insinuated that her position is under threat. Her skills are rubbing off on John.
During a conversation with reporters from Bon Appétit, the model remarked, “John’s an amazing cook. He cooked seven days a week while I was pregnant.”
According to the Sports Illustrated alum, John has a knack for learning things. He’s the type of person who remembers something for forever and never forgets.
In fact, Legend is becoming such a good cook, that Teigen joked that he would soon usurp her status as the boss-chef of their household. “He’s become so good,” the model remarked.
With that said, it’s going to take a little bit more time for him to take her position in the kitchen; she’s still the best. Following the release of her new cookbook, it became a New York Times Best Seller almost instantly.
In this new recipe’s collection, Chrissy explained, she’s got all kinds of new bold flavors that she’s never tried before. As for what her kids think, Teigen explained that her daughter, Luna, loves the food. Miles is only 4-months-old, so he can’t really eat it yet.
Nonetheless, if Chrissy isn’t careful, John may take her spot as the main-chef of the house. If his versatility as an entertainer and an artist is anything like his cooking skills, she may be in trouble.
As it was previously reported, John recently earned the EGOT status, referring to the four main categories one can achieve: an Emmy, a Grammy, a Tony, and an Oscar.
His work in the Andrew Lloyd Webber production, Jesus Christ Super Star Live, is what brought him his recent win. Following the achievement, Teigen took to her Twitter account to say that her husband and his co-workers involved in the production were the “EGOT GOATS.”
