The entertainment industry mourned following the death of Jordan Feldstein, the brother of Jonah Hill and Maroon 5’s manager. Reportedly, Feldstein passed away due to a blood clot in his lungs as reported by E! Online.
Sources close to the family told us, “everyone in the family was pretty shocked by the news. It was very unexpected.”
The coroner’s report released stated that Jordan, who was just forty-years-old at the time of his death, lost his life due to “pulmonary thromboembolism,” the medical term meaning that one or more arteries in his lungs were clogged with a blood clot.
Moreover, another condition called “deep leg vein thrombosis,” was listed as another cause of death. Obesity also contributed to his passing, as well as Acute bronchopneumonia.
As it was previously reported, Jordan lost his life on the 23rd of December after he called 911 following complaints of not being able to breathe correctly. When the medical professionals arrived, Jordan went into full cardiac arrest and died shortly after.
Jordan’s family asked for the fans respect for their privacy during this time. According to multiple reports, Feldstein was the founder and CEO of Career Artist Management, which helped Adam Levine get a job on The Voice.
Jordan and Adam were longtime friends, becoming acquainted during school. Some of his other clients included Elle King, Big Boi, Rick Springfield, The B-52’s, Chromeo, and Miguel.
Jordan is survived by other family members including Jonah, whose real last name is Feldstein, Sharon Lyn, Richard Feldstein, and Beanie Feldstein.
