It has been a while since she officially confirmed that she is carrying her first child with Tristan Thompson and she couldn’t be happier these days.
Her fans are amazed by the way that she looks even while she is pregnant and that’s the reason for which she wanted to share her workout routine with them.
Throughout her pregnancy, she maintained her fitness workout routine, but she reduced the intensity of the exercises. Fans have criticized and praised her for this.
Khloe starts by warming up half an hour on a stair climber before she does her circuit training.
Her other favorite exercises include squatting while lifting dumbells, doing push-ups while tapping her shoulders with her hands, using battle ropes and doing lateral dusk walk while using a resistance band.
After representing her exercises, online Khloe stated that she is so lucky to be able to stay active during her pregnancy.
She also said that if she is not doing something she feels off and that’s why she really needs to exercise. She confessed that it’s obvious that she is not able to do the same exercises that she was doing a few months ago, but she is doing what she can to stay in shape while she is pregnant.
