Cardi B was almost mauled by a cheetah while she was filming her clip for the song Bodak Yellow. She shot the music video for her single in Dubai. Check out what the video’s director had to say about it.
Director Picture Perfect said about the clip that they got the cheetah from a Sultan in Dubai and before this, he did not know just how difficult it would be to find such an animal there.
The director also stated that they shot the scene, but they haven’t used it in the clip. During that particular scene, the animal attacked Cardi.

The cheetah scene was supposed to show Cardi in an exotic car.
‘That’s the vibe in Dubai. They ride around with these cats in the passenger seat. We could never get that shot off. We didn’t find the guy crazy enough to let us put a cheetah in his passenger seat, and I don’t think Cardi would’ve trusted that,’ the video’s director said.
They found another cheetah and eventually Cardi agreed to pose alongside the animal just to get the perfect picture.
The director said that they were able to get Cardi’s spirits up and the animal was not as agitated as the one before. They fed it six pounds of meat just to make it calm.
Cardi B and Offset were supposed to get married this year, but we don’t know if this will happen. They both said that they have really hectic schedules and they don’t have enough time to plan their wedding just yet.
