According to multiple reports, the family life of the Kardashian-Jenner-Scott clan has been going great, with Khloe, Kim, and Kylie all either expecting a child or recently giving birth to one. Sources close to the family stated that everyone around the house is thrilled these days.
However, unfortunately for the rapper, Scott – who welcomed a child with Kylie Jenner – he’s currently facing off against a lawsuit for canceling a performance because of Stormi Webster’s birth.
The promoter in the suit, PJAM LLC, claims the rapper received around $150,000 in advance to perform at a Super Bowl Party at Myth Live in Minnesota on the 3rd of February.
However, Stormi was born just two days prior, and Kylie announced it officially on the 4th of February. Scott said to the group that he had to cancel, despite his contractual obligations.
And while it’s unfortunate that he’s currently being sued in an otherwise happy time, what’s fair is fair; Travis was supposed to perform, and he didn’t.
Moreover, the company states that they paid around $10,000 and organized a private jet which was set to fly the rapper to the venue. They also spent a lot of money promoting the event, and to not have him show up, was catastrophic for their reputation and profit margins.
The group said they had to hire a staff consisting of waiters, bartenders, waitresses, assistants, and it cost them a lot of time and money to put on a show, which didn’t even come through.
The company stated the “reputational harm” was significant. As you may know, this isn’t the only time Travis has faced a lawsuit, as the rapper has dealt with civil suits regarding a fan who permanently injured himself after he jumped into the crowd.
