Britney Spears continues to share parts of her life on social media and after letting the public see her gorgeous Christmas tree and holiday decorations, she revealed a bit more about her yoga practice. Britney’s fans have been thrilled to see her continually share bits about her workout routine and many have been clamoring for a workout video. She and boyfriend, who is also her trainer, Sam Asghari make a wonderful team and some of their yoga routines together look incredible. When they workout together, Britney isn’t just trusting her own body to complete the moves, but she trusts Sam as well.
In her New Year’s yoga workout session, she is exercising alone and even donned a sparkly, purple bikini for her session. She paired the bikini with sneakers as she did the exercises outside in her yard. Britney’s yoga workouts are considered acro-yoga as she brings a lot of strength and even a near gymnastic quality to the sessions.
Britney has been focusing on her emotional and physical well-being and she always has the support of her fans behind her. Unfortunately, some people have been leaving negative remarks on Britney’s posts prompting her to speak out about how their cruel words affect her.
Britney stated the following in her exercise video.
“Today, I’m outside and I’m about to do a little bit of yoga to open up my back and my chest. And I’m out here with my dogs and we’re going to have a beautiful day.”

In 2020 I will be doing a lot more acro yoga and the basics for yoga …. I’m a beginner and it’s kind of hard to let go …. learning to trust and letting someone else hold your body 😳 !!! I have a lot of things I keep bottled up so I have to keep my body moving !!!! Thank God for Mother Nature …. she’s really no joke …. she grounds me and helps me find my feet and always opens my mind when I step outside …. !!!! I was lucky today with this beautiful weather 🍀🍀🌸🌸🌸☀️ I just flew in from a trip with my family and I ran a 6.8 speed outside my house for a 100 meter yard dash … I did 6 in high school so I’m trying to gain speed !!!! I hurt my thigh so I apologize if my legs look swollen 😔😔🙄🙄🙄. I hope you all have a wonderful new year and GOD SPEED !!!!! PS I’m so cool with my tennis shoes and yoga 🧘♀️ it’s the new thing you know 😹😹😹😜😜 !!!!

It is clear that Britney still turns to exercise as a way to stay on track with her life as well as reduce stress. When she was in rehab for her emotional well being, she frequently shared pictures and videos of her working out.
Britney Spears celebrated her 38th birthday on December 2, 2019, and her body is in excellent shape. She is aging well and has maintained her figure, even after having two children close together.
