It has only been four months since Beyoncé gave birth to her twins Sir and Rumi, and the singer has already decided to flaunt her post-pregnancy body on Instagram to show off her amazing weight loss. Fans went crazy for Queen Bey’s flat abs, toned butt, and slim figure; but how did she get back into shape so quickly?
According to a source at Reveal Magazine, the Single Ladies singer is on a special olive and avocado focused diet designed by a nutritionist, with the olives serving as a healthy source of fat and the avocado being a master food for weight and strength.
The insider went on to say that the diet is working well for the mom of three, despite the fact that she has struggled with diets in the past. Beyoncé is healthy, and her diet is defeating fat cells and giving her more energy.
Of course, everyone knows that what you eat is the biggest part of weight loss, and the singer has got an advantage when it comes to her meals. A chef travels with the family and prepares all the singer’s food specifically for her, with the majority of her diet being vegan.
Even though Beyoncé has seemingly lost her baby weight rather quickly, the source says that it has been more difficult for the singer to slim down after the twins than it was after she gave birth to Blue Ivy. The C-section did change her body, and she is not yet satisfied with her tummy.
However, she still looked stunning in the series of photos while wearing high-waisted black pants and a long-sleeved cropped white shirt that showed off her abs.
E! News is reporting that the 36-year-old has lost a “nice amount” of weight, and it is not just because of her what she is eating, but also her exercise routine.
As soon as she got clearance from her doctors, Beyoncé started doing SoulCycle several times a week. She also worked with an at-home trainer doing some cardio and weights. The exercise quickly became an “addiction” after seeing fast results, and she “amped up” her workout schedule for a while. But, she recently has decided to slow things down and not put so much pressure on herself. She has cut back her cycle classes and now meets with her trainer twice a week.
