What fans liked most was the fact that she flaunted a natural look and the whole concept was an immaculate one. One of the followers said that ‘The last picture she and Solange are twinning.’
Someone else believes that Vogue’s concept ‘is very creative actually. Most artists are photographed to be something their not, hiding behind paint and being photoshopped. This is pure. Organic and very iconic.’
Some haters called Bey overrated, and her real fans popped up to defend her. For instance, someone said the following:
‘overrated would imply that she has little to no talent and people praise her anyway. Which is not true, you’re thinking of Selena Gomez. From starting organizations, charities, bailing Black protestors out of jail, hiring the FIRST Black person to photograph her for Vogue, Beyoncé is legendary status. And you have misplaced hate and jealousy for her. It’s as simple as that. From a completely objective point of view, you cannot look at everything this woman has accomplished and call her “overrated”. It’s just jealousy.’
