Beyonce and Jay Z show their support for Hillary Clinton by performing at her Get-Out-the-Vote campaign concert

No matter who you’re going to vote for in the presidential elections or if you just dislike both candidates altogether, we need to admit that at least Hillary Clinton is an experienced politician that knows what she is doing most of the time. Clinton is a great strategist among other things and one of her best ideas was to remain in the public eye and make herself known to Millennials by interacting with celebrities who support her in a very overt manner. Great publicity stunt Hillary!
The politician was associated in a way or another with a lot of stars in this campaign, the most recent being queen Beyonce and her husband, rapper Jay Z.
This past Friday, the singer took the stage performing a few singles after Jay Z did the same. But if you thought that maybe you missed the news of a concert featuring both of them you would be wrong. The brief performance took place in a more unusual place, at the Get-Out-the Vote campaign concert in Cleveland. The entire show was organized to support the Democratic nominee. At the performance, Beyonce, who is going to vote for Hillary of course, encouraged everyone present to go vote for the first female president in the United States’ history.
“There was a time when a woman’s opinion did not matter… less than 100 years ago women did not have the right to vote, look how far we’ve come to having no voice to being on the brink of history by electing the first woman president. But we have to vote. The world looks to us as a progressive country that needs change… I want my daughter to grow up seeing a woman lead our country and know that her possibilities are limitless.”
Of course Clinton had to immortalize the moment by taking a picture with Beyonce and Jay Z that she posted on Instagram with the caption: “Beyoncé & Jay Z & Hillary & You?”
As I was saying, great strategy Hillary!
